Transport Statements and Transport Assessments are required by Local Planning and Highway Authorities to support any planning application for developments which result in significant amounts of movement. • How the site can be safely and efficiently serviced;

• How the development can deliver parking in accordance with the latest adopted standards; and

• How significant transport impacts can be cost-effectively mitigated to ensure that the residual cumulative impacts are not severe.
