Epping HRA

All planning applications that include one or more new homes in Epping Forest require a project level Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) to be undertaken. Stage 1 of the HRA methodology requires a report which estimates the net change in vehicle trips on any road through, or within 200m of, the Epping Forest Special Area of Conservation (EFSAC).
